Rob Bishop

Founder & Senior Consultant

Rob’s distinguished career began in the classroom, with 28 years as an educator teaching civics classes at Box Elder High School in Brigham City, with a brief period at Ben Lomond High School in Ogden. While teaching, Rob was elected as a member of the Utah House of Representatives, where he served for 16 years. During his tenure, he held significant roles including Majority Leader and Speaker of the House, demonstrating his unique leadership style and legislative skills. In 2002, Rob transitioned to the national stage, winning election to the U.S. House of Representatives as the Congressman for Utah's First Congressional District. He served in Congress for 18 years, during which he served on the powerful House Armed Services Committee, influential House Rules Committee, and was appointed as Chairman of the crucial House Natural Resources Committee. His decades of service and leadership positions have provided Rob a respected network of influence and deep legislative understanding. In summary, if “Mr. Bishop” can handle a classroom of teenagers, he can handle anything.

Shule Bishop

Government Affairs Specialist

Shule’s 18 years of legislative and government affairs experience is characterized by cultivating productive relationships and advocating on diverse issues, spanning from higher education at Weber State University, representing the Utah Credit Union Association in a trade organization capacity, and contributing to transportation initiatives with the Utah Transit Authority. His time in Senator Orrin Hatch's D.C. and Utah offices provided him valuable insight into legislative processes. Shule’s career has enabled him to forge and sustain a significant network of state and federal contacts. He has a proven track record of delivering legislative policy changes and securing crucial appropriations from both the state legislature and Congress. Shule holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from Utah State University, and a Master’s in English from Weber State University.

Zenock Bishop

Zenock is a seasoned professional with 14 years of extensive experience in government affairs, lobbying, and legal practice, providing him with a robust foundation in both public policy and legal analysis. Zenock honed his expertise working for the United States Senate, focusing on the Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs, and interacting with high-level government officials. Zenock leverages his strategic counsel and unique perspective from government work to guide clients through intricate state and federal landscapes. He has successfully created and helped multiple businesses grow and thrive. Zenock holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah and Bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and History from Utah State University. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is an avid Chicago Cubs fan.

Elijah Taylor

Elijah brings a wealth of expertise in Business Administration and Operations. His extensive experience encompasses marketing, strategy, budgeting, event planning, and client management, with a keen focus on local business networking and lobbying. Notably, Elijah served as Student Body President for Ensign College, and in leadership positions in numerous business associations. With international experience co-managing a non-profit organization in England and insights gained from working for Senator Orrin Hatch, Elijah has built a deep international network. His work with former Congressman Rob Bishop and former Congressman Scott Tipton adds further breadth to his political acumen, uniquely positioning him to deliver exceptional consulting solutions to clients with diverse and global interests. With his extensive background and impressive network, Elijah is guiding clients toward success.
